Shipment Verification
Your shipment has been inspected to guarantee the quality and accuracy of the contents of this shipment. Should any discrepancies be found when receiving this merchandise, you must contact customer service at 800-237-0043 or fax 401-723-1720 within 48 hours of receipt to report the problem.
Damaged Goods
If you have received merchandise that was damaged or tampered with by the freight carrier, please contact the freight carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging that the merchandise was received in.
If the box was not damaged and one or more of the pieces are damaged when checked in, please contact customer service at 800-237-0043. You will be given a return authorization number to return the product for repair. Returns must be made within 15 days from shipment date. The return authorization number must be shown on the shipping label or package will be refused and returned.
Other Returns
All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all freight charges.
We do not accept used product. Repairs will be subject to a fee.
